RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


1- That the product is in its original condition without scratching and that it is inside its original packaging

2- Fill out the return request form attached to the request.

3- Attach a copy of the sales order, and specify the method of recovery (bank account - transfer to Vodafone Cash - or receiving it from the headquarters).

5- After you send out the package, please inform us by sending email to info@egyptllaptop.com.

Conditions must be met in the items for return or exchange :

- Customers have the right to return any purchased items if a defect appears within the defects of workmanship within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving these items from the seller or the seller’s representatives. Items may be returned if consumer characteristics, factory designations, and ready-to-sell condition are preserved.

- To return items, customers must provide a copy of the proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.

Rules for returning and exchanging items with discovered defects :

- Customers have the right to refuse to receive items and request a refund. In this case, the items must be returned to the seller, and consumer property, factory marks, and ready-to-sell status must be preserved.

- Our return and refund policy is described above. According to the Consumer Protection Agency law, stores are legally obligated to publish their refund policy. If the store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase in the event that any manufacturing defects arise.
